Silicone Zombie Rib Cage Prosthetic

Our silicone rubber Zombie Rib Cage Prosthetic is an incredibly detailed appliance showing exposed ribs and muscle under torn flesh. This piece is cast in flesh tone medical grade silicone rubber.

For an ideal application of this piece to the skin, we recommend using a silicone based adhesive (such as Premiere Products Telesis 5 available from MANY specialist make up suppliers world wide) for a super strong bond. Water based prosthetic adhesives will not work on this type of silicone prosthetic.

This piece is cast in prosthetic grade Platinum silicone with heavier edges than the gelatine prosthetic. This is purposeful so that this appliance can easily survive the rigors of cosplay, haunt performances etc. This piece can be glued to the skin with a silicone adhesive and blended in with our Sil-Blend product but is equally perfect for either gluing or stitching onto a prepared costume piece for a “slip on” effect that’s always ready to go.

The appliance can be painted with any kind of cosmetic makeup or can be permanently colored by those who are comfortable and familiar with silicone rubber painting techniques.
